Been trying to get ahold of someone, anyone from this company
for three days and not a word. Does anyone know how to get in touch
with these people? I guess this is what I get for trying
to save a few bucks.

I'm quite sure you won't get a response direct from Huanyang it may take a while if they do respond, they don't deal direct with the customer normally, you have to go through who you brought it from and why would you buy a 2.2Kw 110v as this would perform very poorly

1.5Kw is normally around the max for a 120v supply your VFD drive should be 120v input 220v output and a 1.5Kw 220v spindle

If you are trying to run it on a 15A circuit then this will fail to supply enough current ( amps ) needed to run your 2.2Kw spindle
