Hello.

We have TNC 155 controller and sometimes, when we process g-code that has a lot of points very closely, machine starts to shake little and moves really slowly around the corners. After a while it continues and works perfectly again. When it returns to the same position (with Z being lower), it's struggles again. It doesn't matter where position is, it will always struggle with a lot of points, very close together.

Is there something we can do about this, or is it just because the TNC was designed 30 years ago and was not meant to process g-code from a 3d software?

Thanks
