    cincinnati milacron arrow 750 parameters lost

    We have a Cincinnati milacron Arrow 750 with ct control, while changing the memory module batteries somebody turned the machines main power off as a result the machine parameters have been lost along with god knows what else.

    is there anyone on here who could help?

    Call 1-800-934-0735 follow the prompts for Technical Support on CINCINNATI; On the CT-Control ask for Robert Varney former (Cincinnati Milacron) now Fives-MSI (Cincinnati) Machine Tools in Hebron, KY
