    Axis not returning home correctly

Need Help Please!! I built a 4'x4' cnc. I am having some issues with the electronics and or Mach3 settings.
    I used
Nema 23 Stepper Motors 270 Oz.
TB 6560 MD 430 motor controllers
and a parallel 5 axis CNC breakout board not sure if there is even a model number.
    Amazon description:
4 Axis Nema23 Stepper Motor 270oz-in 76mm 3A Dual Shaft+TB6560 MD430 Driver CNC Controller Kit for CNC Router Engraving Milling Machine.
I added an Ethernet Speed Stepper as well.
My issue is when I set any axis as home 0, then jog and hit the home button it seldom goes back to the same spot. It is missing steps. It can be anywhere from exactly on to 1/4" off when it returns home. It is always different. I played with the settings on the motor driver boards, meaning amps, steps, decay and torque. I tried new grounded wiring, many different Mach3 settings including slowing the motors down to a crawl in Motor Tuning; 3 different computers, different power supply. I feel there has to be something in the Mach3 software I am not doing correctly. I do not know what else to try other than ordering a different model breakout board and motor driver board. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Re: Axis not returning home correctly

Might be some ESS settings in the plugin, like kernel speed or pulse width.
