Hi All,

I know UCCNC supports the XHC-HB04 pendant, but has anyone tried the WHB04B-4 with UCCNC?
Same manufacturer just a few more options. Now I understand that the new options may not currently work, but do any of the XHC-HB04 options work?
Just would prefer to buy a newer pedant with the hope that one day the newer one will get full support, over buying the old one and finding the new one is then supported and have to buy another pendant.

As far as I know, there is no plugin for it. I do not think CNCDrive is going to write a plugin for it since they have the new UCR201.

I don't think it will work at all. And as Arturo said, CNC Drive will not be writing a plugin for it.

Thanks guys I'll just stick to the XHC-HB04 then since it has a few more macro options.

Here is a working Plugin for uccnc with the WHB04B-4 and -6 Version.

My WHB04B-6 works really Well. Some Bugs with jogfeed, but easy to handle.

Try it Out. I am pretty Happy with it.

I have the WHB04B-4 and it works quite well.
However initially I had the dongle connected to the front facing USB ports of my computer... and whilst the dongle would connect to the pendant (all it requires for that is the 5V USB Power to the dongle...) The Plugin for the WHB04 would NOT find the thing.
On a whim I decided to put the dongle in a different (rear end) USB port - and it recognised it instantly... and has been working without issues ever since.
I can't explain WHY it would make a difference... but try a different port and hopefully you get lucky.
