    Crash TNG with V. 14/03/2020

    Hi,
    after updating to V. 14/03/2020 every time I try to access the settings, TNG goes into crash and closes; consequently I cannot update the firmware (normally MK3 is connected in LAN and the firmware can be updated only with USB but without accessing the settings I cannot change the type of connection). Only by installing another TNG in another location I was able to update the firmware but in any case every time I try to access the TNG settings it closes.
    Everything seems to work except for access to settings and licensse menagement.

    If it can be useful ... about a month ago I changed PC but not later than two days ago (V. 12/02/20) I was able to access the settings without any problem.

    Which one crashes? "License Manager/Licenses" or "License Manager Activation Code"?

    I will make firmware update possible without going to setting to change to USB.

    Hi there, try to reduce transferring speed rate and finally Gatter earth wires to one poind to ground. Also check if the your system version is supported the relas4d updated framework for your new frimeware.

    TNG closes when I click on the selected items.

    Clicking "License Management..." just shows submenu. And it crashes?
    Can you export and send me your profile.

    Ho riscontrato un altro errore durante la modifica manuale di uno strumento ...


    ... Another thing, even when exporting the TNG profile, it closes and does not save the profile. I had to do the manual zip.

    I solved the CRASH problem in the "settings" menu and in the "License menagement" submenu by inserting an exception in the Windows Firewall as shown in the image below.



    I ask PlanetCNC if they can please add "SOLVED" to the discussion title.
