Let me tell you about the limit of my machine! I Broke 2 inserts today and bent two lock screws because I reached the limit of my spindle. It hung up while I was ramping into the part and totally moved my vise. I called Msc and they said they don't carry the screws and they will have to get them through Seco. They also don't make getting parts for very convienent or logical to get parts for seco cutters.

I would recommend asking the customer if you can use 303 instead 304 is a pain it the a** use 150-200 sfm strong coolant or good air blast on inserts it work hardens so fast it blows everything up thats why the airblast works good if you get the heat in the material its easier to cut but you have to push it keep the chips glowing. And say a little prayer.
