    Fanuc 18i-m speed reference

    Hello,

I am looking for any insight to a problem I am experiencing. I have a Komo cnc router that had the Fanuc 18i controller repaired and in doing so all parameters were wiped. I did have a back up of the param and the ladder I was able to upload. We also had to install a new MC1000 AC Tech drive. The problem I have is the CMD wire going to the drive is always 11 volts. If I run a spindle warmup program the first speed is set at 4500 rpm. Yet, when the spindle starts it goes straight to full speed. We are using 0-10v signal but can't control the speed from the PMC. Is there a speed parameter that I need to change to allow the vfd to actually variate the speed instead of always 100%?
    Any thoughts would be great.

    Thanks,

    Jasen
