    Cnc auto tool calibration

    Helo

    I have been working with my cnc omi sytec 6mb for a while and everything was ok.but now when it want to mesure the tool on the tool measurement tip My milling machine just goes up ant stops becouse it reaches maximum z axis.So maby someone had a similiar problem when insted of going down to measurre the tool my machine goes up?

    you need to change your calibrator's polarity. I guess your calibrator's signal is on, that's why when you press measure and machine goes up.

    Also, you can check your IO board, the calibrator's signal is on. as long as system got this signal, machine goes up.

    Hope this could sovle your problem.

    If sovled, please support WEIHONG controller next time you buy a machine.
