A Axis won't home Mazak 630 "interlock fault"

My night guys was cleaning the pallet changer on our Mazak 630X vari-axis. He manually moved the pallet. While cleaning, he bumped the emergency stop. Now, every axis is homed out except the "A" axis. When you try it says "machine interlock". The axis if off by .0059. I've tried holding down the MF1 and MF2 buttons while homing and still nothing. It looks like the pallet is in position everywhere. There is nothing out of place that I can see.

Machine interlock is a switch that should be activated/deactivated. What is your A axis for? Might be a door that needs to be closed? Or a position confirmation switch? In the worst case bypass this switch either by pressing it, or, if there is a connection issue with your remote I/O unit, bypass directly (dunno if you are using sink or source) the input signal. If you know to read a ladder, go on F0 and use monitor and you might figure out what signal it is by checking the conditions for reference return, A axis displacement, etc.

    Cheers.
