Hello everybody! I hope that you are very good in your confinemen.

I have a PC MILL 155 and the display to show this message: Alarm 8140 - Maschine (ACIF) not responding.

I have check the current in main drive control is the 48v, I have the electric wiring, i think that it's OK. A detail, the led axis drive it's off in the 3 axis.
Someone had the same problem? Could you help me about which the solution?

Im pretty sure that your communication cable is not working. So check the 4 wire cable between your control and the machine

These are the steps taken today..
1. Check the current in main drive control 24v --> It's OK
2. Check the 4 wire cable between your control and the machine --> continuity between wire --> It's OK.
3. Visual check PC COM BOARD ref. Y4A083000 --> It's OK

Anyone have other idea? thanks for you help me.
