They look ok, you have listed a lot of Parameters they don't all apply to what you are doing but may not affect anything being set Here is a basic list that you can compare with that has worked for other users with this VFD Drive
Have you test run your spindle, make sure the 4th pin Earth/ Ground is connected inside the spindle you can check this with a meter you should have continuity between the 4th pin and the spindle body

thanks mactec , yes with your help no "rattle" sound on spindle , is very silent now , yes its grounded on pin 4
