    learning from my mistakes

    hello let's say that i am doing something, then suddenly i slap my head because i realized that my approach was wrong

    who slapped me ? was it my subconscious ? was it my inner-light ?

    i don't get it ...

    what should i do to "operate" at that level that triggers slaps ?
