Hi,

I see lots of setting for the 2.2kw 400hz spindle but i’m after the Huanyang settings for a 1.5kw air cooled spindle.

Spindle spec
Voltage 220v,
Current 6.5A 3 Phase
Frequency 300hz
Speed 0-18000rpm

I’m mostly going to be running this between 6000-8000 rpm milling foam but just occasionally I need to run it at 2750rpm, which is not ideal as the internal fan is only operational above 100hz but for a 15min mill in foam should be ok. In hind site I should have bought a water-cooled one but there we are.

Anyone got a nice Huanyang setting chart for this spindle?

I've set PD005, PD004, PD003 and PD072 all to 300hz. Some of the others are stumping me a bit
