The smart auto-centering chuck on Bodor X260A is also worth talking about. It is suitable for tubes of 0.5-10mm wall thickness, and offers outstanding control of precision and torque. With the auto-centering function, clamping tubes of wrong size and clamping deformation for thin tubes will be avoided completely.

What makes Bodor X260A smarter is the automatic loading and unloading system. Users only need to put the whole bundle of tubes on the loading device, then the tubes will be automatically sorted and loaded. Besides, the next tube will be prepared ready when the previous one is in the process. When unloading, finished parts will be automatically transferred to storage room, sparing the need to separate from leftover materials.

As for parameters, Bodor X260A can cut tubes of maximum 6500mm length, and carry maximum 220Kg weight. The minimum length of leftover material can reach 66mm, saving as much material as possible.
