Dear Sirs,

After transportation to another place have trouble with APC.

331 PALLET LOAD\UNLD DRIVER ALARM

on MR-J2-CT on LOAD Z70 0002 ABS/ reference point disappearance.

Test mode - Illegality.

Tried to fix by "ABS Pos. Repair" after system restart, the same alarm.

What is wrong and how to fix it?

Is the drive battery voltage okay?
If yes the backup the drive data.. Format and initialize the drive.. Reload the data and then try abs pos setup

Lol: First check battery. If its good, then off on the machine, to get the drive into zero lost mode. Then setup zero point using MRJ2SW(u need to know where is your electrical zero and how to setup using MRJ2SW). Thats all.
