hi to all
in my cnc milling machin (sinumerik 820 m ga3) 3 axis, I want to orient the spindle for several angles (from 0 to 360 - @410 k0 k4020) , so I use M19 code for this , I can change the angle for M19 in SD 4020 , after entering the M19, I can turn the spindle by hand and I dont want it .
I want to use spindle without rotating for special cutting like broaching in material . I changed the ( Servo enable delay) MD 447* to increase the time for stay in M19 mode . but it doesnt work and the spindle turn by hand easily . would any body help me to do it ? is it relate to gain spindle motor or another things?
it is important that my MILLING machine works very good and I use M19 for tool change . but I want to broach a workpeace by not rotate the spindle .
