    FH630SX-i feedrate(G01) neglect

We are running into an issue with our FH630 horizontal, and are unable to get any Toyoda support at the current time.

Currently, we are getting results of any G01 fed move being overridden to the max allowable feed(400ipm).

I.e. : programmed lined(G01X0.0F1.00) results in a fed move to "X0", but will not traverse at the designated "1.0"ipm, but overrides to 400ipm.

I've attempted playing with the "m48/m49" to see if that had any effect, but had no success.

Anyone have any ideas on what may have happened to cause this and a remedy for the situation?

Thank you in advance for any support!

Is the spindle on when when you make this move? If so maybe you are in inch per rev. and not inch per minute.
    G95 inch per rev
    G94 inch per minuet

f1.0 ? one inch per rev at what rpm ? that might be way over 400ipm already
