Someone made a fiducial program for our CO2 laser. We cut Alumina Substrates between 25mil and 5mil thick. The problem we're having is the cut is always off! When we run a dry run by striking out the Nozzle Offset the camera shows up this perfect cut. A real run gives up this horribly misplaced cut. The dry run is supposed to be verification, but it is proving to be not. I've posted a copy of the code if I make $hypo==0 by leveling the fiducials by hand the program works. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? That Someone who made this is gone.
