    MULTIPLEX 420 Alarms

Our multiplex is out of commission and unfortunately the alarms list has gone missing so I was wondering if someone could be so kind as to quickly look up these alarms

    25: power supply error (HD1)

    204: spindle controller malfunction (HD2)

    33: Emergency Stop (Self explanatory?)

I'm thinking maybe 204 is just a loose wire between the spindle and computer.

Not exactly sure what the alarms are without the book in front of me but i would be more inclined to think the powersupply for the spindle controller has blown and may have also taken the spindle control with it.

Find out what is flashing on the drive units in the electrical cabinets and call Mitsubishi (847)478-2500. They will tell you what the alarm is and recomend a replacement unit if one is needed. By the way E7 on the drives is just emergency stop. Find the drive/s that do not flash E7.
