Long story short...bought a PT22 and the software was not as advertised when purchased, they changed before delivery...Not intuitive, software company just wanted to sell seminars. Covered the table and it sat in the corner of the shop for a few years. I uncovered it a few days ago to start using and it doesn't work. I did the ample file when I purchased the machine and it worked fine. Now all I get is a blank screen on the Rich Auto controller. Is there a repair facility that will verify whether the problem is software or hardware. Thanks
