The embossing roller is the key component on the n95 face mask machine. It is mainly used for welding and cutting the mask edge. The roller requires high precision and processed by 4-axis equipment because of the cylinder and entire torus with shape features. We 2fprototypes made it. Here is the video/pics for reference.
The issues during the process is as follows:
over cutting
Improper settings for CAM programming and turning of vector
