Feed rate problem when jogging with jogging keyboard.

I am facing a problem with an older Mk3/4 which I use many years now.

Recently, I bought the jogging pcb and trying out I found that it does not have constant feed rate.
Every time I move an axis, it uses different feed. In the video , in the beginning it goes I think 2.500mm/min, then drops to 500mm/min something like that.

If I enable the speed adjust option, the pot does nothing (maybe due to the old Mk3/4?) and the machine moved with variable feed.

I use the classic software with this machine due to the old Mk3/4.

    Any ideas?
