    Aluminium Spheres

Looking to outsource some work starting with the following.

2.000" (+/- .02) Aluminium sphere with a 0.850" (+/- .02) flat on one side. Drilled and tapped to M8 to M12 threads. Machined finish should be acceptable as long as it's comparable to what you'd get with a red scotchbrite. Material should be 6061 rod stock and likely it will be easiest and save on shipping if you provide it..

Looking for pricing and delivery times on 25, 50 and 100 in each thread size. Better drawings and CAD models can be provided. If you have the equipment and can make the spheres in a M16 and adapters to get to the final sizes we need we also be interested in discussing that option and pricing.

You're not in Canada and although we will entertain providers from anywhere in the world you also didn't provide pricing.
