I am planning to add an emergency button to my wood roouter, but cannot find if NC Studio has a way to implement this. Does anybody know if its possible to add an Emergency button?

You should not rely solely on just the input to the controller, i.e. soft stop, you should principally have a hard wired E-Stop circuit that results in a relay which disables all motive power as well as indicating to the controller that a E-stop has taken place.
