Hi all,

All new to this CNC machine arena. I have purchased a 3 axis CNC machine that come with an RICHAUTO-AUTO NOW A11E but when I give the handle some power it just comes up blank?

I am not sure if the handle is faulty or the screen has gone... hoping somebody might have some insight?

A fault with the screen should not affect a function, normally, I assume you get no function response?

Hi,

No we getting no reponse from the hand device. obviously getting power as you can see in the photo but no writing or instructions on the device. We dont want to rush out and buy another hand device before we have tried and tested this one.

Hello friend, our company also uses the A11 control system, and often encounters such problems. Usually we will connect the handle to the computer. If the handle displays the interface normally, there may be a problem with the 24V power supply in the circuit, or the 50-core connection cable between the handle and the interface board is damaged or the connection plug is in poor contact. If the interface is not displayed after the controller is connected to the computer, we usually upgrade the controller first. If the problem still cannot be solved, the controller will be returned to the factory for repair.

it mean system file lose , you need return it to DSP factory , egineer will setup system again.
