There's not much in the small and inexpensive turnkey cnc market. I've seen stuff on AliExpress if you're feeling brave.

If I thought I could figure how to get it to Norway I'd make you a good deal on a BF20L that is already converted with the PC, Mach Standard Mill license, a double 4 inch vise, TTS tooling and clamp kit.

I'm not sure what the differences are between a BF20 and a G0704, I think the G0704 is a variant or clone ?? Ball screw kits are available for the G0704 and most builds I've seen use DIY kits.

How interchangeable parts are between these machines someone else may know.

The Taig is light weight but it has a decent work envelope and a fast spindle. It's also low priced and ready to run. If your work is light duty it may do all you need. Be aware the table is very narrow.

BF20 is the same as G0704 but with some castings differences.

But you would want the BF20L version that has longer X travel.

Conversion wise there are many CNC kits available. In europe there is the DamenCNC website that sells such kits.

Or you can go the Hoss way and make the 2 step conversion yourself. If you can do some machining then this would make for a nice project
