    In order for you to have any chance of gaining advice/help, you will need to supply a lot more information please.
    What alarm specifically?
    What, if any, alarm lights are on on the spindle drive unit?
    What is your machine and controller, ecxactly, not just Okuma Howa
    Make and Model of the drive unit.
    once you supply way more info, then smarter people than I will probably be able to give you some advice.
