    Mv1200s

    My company just bought a Mitsubishi mv1200s wire edm. I got my part running but I always have to adjust my e pack to the second line so it doesn't break where do I know where it's at when I adjust it from E1201

    May be able to look at the problem if you give more information. What material are you trying to cut? Are you flushing nozzles close to the part?
    You can copy E value conditions and change specific values to overcome the problem.
