    16C collet adapter plate

    Hey guys, has anyone used an adapter plate for a Cobra 51 20C collet to 16C collet?
    My boss is thinking of getting one.
    Is it a pain to install? Can it be switched back easily...

    I have not use one, but it looks like it bolts on just like a chuck. Should be no more difficult to change out than a chuck.
