Question Haas High speed machining won't turn back on, after turning it off

    Hi,

    I have a problem with my OM2a
I (temporarily) disabled high speed machining.
Because I wanted to see what the difference was in machining time.

After I did my test, (and o boy what a difference.) I wanted to turn it back on.
However I am unable to do this, when I try to change the parameter back from 0 to 1, I get a beep, but nothing happens.
Other parameters a can change with no problem only high speed machining won’t turn back on.

Hopefully it’s something stupid and it’s an easy fix.
I have an OM2a Office Mill from 2007

I've never known of anyone ever turning it off but if it won't let you turn it back on then , you may need to re-enter your code or it's possible you'll need to get a new code from haas
I agree , the difference of having hsm vs not is a night and day difference
