Some sellers will cut the ballscrew and machine the ends to your specification. Or you could buy a longer ballscrew and find a local machinist to cut it.
P. S. "6040z" is a pretty generic term, so measurements from someone else's machine may or may not be correct for yours.

You should pull out the screw and make the drawing- the way ball screws are supplied are as plain screws with a ball nut based on your selection. We normally specify the end dimensions which the ball screw supplier then machines and grinds and then gives to us. (I've purchased at least 20 ball screws till date)
Best of luck!

Thank you for your replies.
I understand that ball screw can be manufactured almost any dimension, however i was hoped that for standard cnc, standard ball screw should be enough. There are so many parameters, therefore i don't want to risk and put an order with my measurements. I've seen a lot of standard sfu1605, sfu1610 - so i hoped there should be standard for my cnc as well
Have some faith in yourself. Measure the ballscrew the best you can and compare it to the screws available for sale. Maybe you will find a suitable ready-made one. Does not need to be 0.001mm accurate; you will adjust it anyway with shims, washers, spacers and such.
And buy a ballscrew already machined. Well, in New Zealand, the people who can machine ballscrews just quoted me NZ$250 for one. Yep.
