    Digital dial indicatorwith Averaging function

Wondering if anyone knows of a digital dial indicator that could average the dial movement?

In other words, it would, after a few revolutions begin to give a single number that would be easy to read and to target for setting up concentricity

Seems like these digital dial indicators have enough brain power to add this or some such function?

    Thanks, tom

I haven't seen one, although they probably do exist. But a mechanical indicator with a needle seems much easier for adjusting concentricity than anything you can implement with a digital indicator.
