Looking for cnc builder in East Tn to trouble shoot machine

I purchased a homemade cnc from a guy about a year ago and it ran perfect. I got it home ran my first project and something happened and it now does not work. I am looking for someone who can either come to where the machine is at in East TN or someone who is willing to maybe do a zoom call and help walk me through trouble shooting the issue. Any help is appreciated.

    Hi,
What was going on when the machine stopped working? Do you think it's a software, hardware or a programming problem?
post a few pictures of the problem and the machine if possible. Maybe just an easy fix with a little help here.

When I used it the first time after getting it setup at home. I loaded a code that my partner uses on a machine he has in NJ. I clamped down the wood with the clamps that came with the unit , but when it started cutting in cam loose and snagged. Now when i try to use the machine it will move around the axis but will not turn on the spindle. I have tested the spindle and can get it to run when not hooked up. But it wont run with the program.

It sounds like that crash may have damaged your spindle or VFD. It may be that it still spins, but doesn't have enough torque to actually cut. Can you get it running and then manually jog it into a piece of material (securely mounted to the bed this time) and see if that's the case?
