BEFORE REACHING THIS FAILURE, WE CHANGED THE RESOLVE SINCE IT WAS DAMAGED AND TO ME PREVIOUSLY THEY WERE USING THE MACHINE AS A MILLING MACHINE BUT NOW WE WANT TO PUT THE MACHINE TO WORK AT 100%, ANY HELP IS A GREAT HELP. You need to change the TOOL CHANGER TYPE to 21 tool changer or look through the options under that label. The tool changer is disabled now.

As Mike had pointed out, the tool changer was disabled in the pictures you posted. This means someone deliberately disabled it, and from what you are now experiencing, it seems likely they disabled it because it was faulting out previously and they decided not to fix it. What history do you have of the machine? It might be best to find out who disabled it and why?
For the current error, it seems the pocket count prox switch is not working properly. Since you indicated it is moving 2 pockets instead of 1, it is likely seeing the additional pocket index and faulting because it overshot position. You need to determine why it is indexing too far. Is it seeing the prox switch at the right time? Is a relay or output sticking on? Is the motor overshooting position?
