 1. Electrophoretic coating   
Electrophoresis is one of the most effective methods for coating metal workpieces. Electrophoretic coating is to immerse a conductive substrate in an electrophoretic coating tank filled with water and a relatively low concentration as an anode (or cathode), and set a corresponding cathode (or anode) in the tank. A special coating method that deposits a uniform and dense coating film on the surface of the object to be coated without being dissolved by water after a period of time when the direct current is connected. The electrophoretic coating process is accompanied by four chemical and physical changes, namely electrolysis, electrophoresis, electrodeposition, and electroosmosis. This method of treatment is currently the most used in Japan. After such treatment, the surface of the aluminum sheet appears smooth and the corrosion resistance will also be enhanced.
  2. Powder electrostatic spraying  
 Electrostatic spraying uses the principle of high-voltage electrostatic corona electric field. The metal diversion cup on the spray gun head is connected with high-voltage negative electricity, and the coated workpiece is grounded to form a positive electrode. A strong electrostatic field is formed between the spray gun and the workpiece. When the carrier gas (compressed air) transports the powder coating from the powder supply tank to the guide cup of the spray gun through the powder pipe, a dense charge is generated around it, and the powder is negatively charged. Under the action of electrostatic force and compressed air, The powder is uniformly absorbed on the workpiece, and after heating, the powder is melted and solidified (or plasticized) into a uniform, continuous, flat and smooth coating film. The main feature is to enhance the corrosion resistance of the aluminum plate. For some acid-base salts, this aluminum plate is better than the oxidation-colored profile.
  3. Matte treatment 
The patterned aluminum plate itself is very bright, but in our life, there will be interference highlights in a certain environment. The use of frosting can well overcome this shortcoming. Its surface is silky and silky, and it has been affected a lot. People like it. 
 4. Multi-tone surface treatment  
In the past, traditional color aluminum panels can no longer meet the needs of some designers. In order to make the aluminum panels work better, various color treatments have appeared, making the color of the aluminum panels more perfect. The most important point is that they are It needs polishing and oxidation treatment for the best effect. 

  5. Plasma enhanced electrochemical surface ceramization   

This is the advanced science and technology used. The quality of the aluminum plate after this treatment is excellent, although the cost is higher, but you get what you pay for.
