    UPDATES? BUILDS? SUPPORT PORTALS?

    Hi all,

im currently running V32 (or trying to) and it keeps crashing.... like, a lot. i figured i must need to update my software. how do i do this? ive logged into the support portal and looked into the dowloads area, but it keeps redirecting me and asking me to log in..... and i already am....

another question if i may: why does BobCAD release and sell software that doesnt work? wouldnt it be a better idea to hold off the release for a few months and make sure the product actually works before taking peoples money?

I think it's best to buy a version once the next one comes out
bug fixes are free but they get rolled into an update , to get the update you need to pay for a maintenance package . I have some bugs with my v31 and I've learned to live with them .

so they charge you to buy software that doesnt work, and then charge you for the updates to get it working? super sweet business model....
