Weeke bhc 350 turns off by itself while running

While running the weeke it would start of fine but once it would get going it would stop mid run then just shut off tried to shut it off completely but still won’t work. When trying to reference the weeke it would stop and tell me machine not ready: an excessive following error on an axis, poor signal or encoder complements
