There are two answers in the german forum:

translated with deepl:
Is there no Nakamura technician available who can locate the fault?
I monitor storms on the internet. Especially https://www.lightningmaps.org is handy. If it becomes critical, I shut down all machines. This procedure saves a lot of trouble and damage.

There are two obvious possibilities that come to mind spontaneously:
1. the switch-on button (normally open contact) is defective, i.e. it is permanently closed. In this case, however, the voltage would have to go away as long as you press the off button and come back when you release the button. 2. the switch-on contactor (i.e. the contactor that is the first to pick up when the switch-on button is pressed) is stuck, i.e. it is permanently energised.
I.e. the second variant is the more likely one.
