Warning 130858 Cross Check Alarm because Y0004 is 00000000 from PMC1 but DCS signals

it's Y004 00010111,
Also in CNC screen under MCC test, "execute MCC test Machine GRP1 blinking in red
1.We have checked emergency switch of machine, found alright
2. All connections on Makino IO PCB checked and found ok
3. Replaced Fanuc Io modules on Makino IO PCB
4. Replaced Makino IO PCB V1. 05 with V1. 07
Still continue getting same warning, which is getting reset but again appearing

Only for testing, we have switched K0.0 in DCS to 1, with this , cross check alarm could be reset as Y4 got matched in PMC1 and DCS but 401 VRDY OFF appearing for all the machine axes X,Y,Z and B

you need to check first in the electrical diagram for what are the output used:Y4.0 Y4.1 Y4.2 Y4.4

Have checked already these are related to Emergency, back door, side door etc that means safety inputs but unable to understand how they are reaching to DCS but not to PMC1, when just for testing made K0.0 as 1 in DCS then both PMC1 and DCS signals matched for Y4 hence no warning and that time tried by applying emergency then found signals in DCS and PMC1 are changing accordingly that means getting 0 with emergency and 1 after releasing emergency but we feel as forced through keep relay hence error 401 is not allowing drives X,Y,Z,B to get ready
