    Fanuc 31iAB - 401 VRDY Off

    Dear Experts

    Soon after control ON, we are getting error 401 VRDY Off for all axes
    We have tried by replacing control card of Fanuc PSM
    Checking connectors and wiring for CX3(MCC) and CX4(ESP)

    Please advice further steps

    Confirm that you MCC contactor getting on. After EMG release. If yes need to check check EMG circuit

    Thanks for your response, we found loose connection between CX4(ESP) on control card of Fanuc PSM and IO PCB, same fixed then ok
