We have several Fadal machines and multiple post processors for Gibbs, but none of which will post out code that can run without some kind of hand edits.

3/4 axis post does not support rigid tap, and rotates a full 360 deg. when doing any 'A' axis rotations, so I have to go back and change all positive or negative values in the program. It does support some rotary milling and as well as the duplicate and rotate feature in Gibbs without having to create new coordinate systems.

5th axis post supports rigid tap, and does not rotate the full 360 deg. when doing 'A' axis rotations, but it does not support any rotary milling. It does not support the duplicate and rotate feature in Gibbs either. Everything has to have it's own coordinate system.

It's like pulling teeth around here to get post issues fixed, so I figured I would reach out and see what any of you have to offer.
