We have a ram parity error. So I am assuming we need to reload all parameters and PMC files and others etc. We have contacted Methods and all they could find is a .pdf with the parameters. but we still need PMC files and other files. Has anyone ran into this with one of these Robodrills. Any help is greatly appreciated.

if you need PMC files and system files,you can call Fanuc and they will come and install them to your machine.

I am not sure exactly when they started doing it (t10A might be on the edge), but Fanuc stores all of the parameters of the machine into a permanent section of memory. start the machine up and press the quick nc button. Go to the #1 (maintenance tab) and (if you're lucky) you'll see an option for system restore or parameter restore. If there, let the machine install the factory params. You'll still need to plug in options off the data sheet (9000 params) as well as pitch error parameters. Does your magnetic cabinet have the original data sheet with parameters and pitch error compensation in the door pocket?
