    Stock Sherline controller to Breakout board?

    I'm wondering, is it possible or has anyone tried to wire a breakout board to the stock Sherline driver controller?
    In the future id like to hook up a touch probe, homing switches, etc. Using a $12 breakout board from eBay and the stock computer and driver would save a lot of money, rather than buying a whole new controller like the Masso they offer.
