Cheap and easy cnc mist fluid.

I've been using water soluble lathe coolant fluid mist on my router for alloy. Its awesome, but I definitely do notice the difference when I dilute it too much.

Wondering what other people use for a cost effective solution? I am thinking of making it a flush system as the mist is not recoverable and I have built the table that way.

Looking around at options I am seeing most fluids are $100 to $250 for 5L

    What do you use?

Oh. I did try Jet A1 once (kerosine) it worked ok too but was steenky and slightly scary.

this mist coolant works well. i think it's around $45 for a gallon but it goes a long way since it's mixed with water. it has rust inhibitors as well.

1 gallon will make 32 gallons of mist coolant.
