How to make/cut an inner guide on aluminium pipe - suggestions

Hi to everyone. I am real newbie and I need help on deciding how to cut inner guide on an aluminum pipe (D80, 5mm wall thickness). I need three inner cuts to be straight all through the pipe (lengths of 2, 3 or 5 meters).

    Cut is 1mm deep.

I was thinking to use another thinner pipe and a brute force with some cutters mounted on it. For example D70 pipe to cut D80 one. Will it work? Or something similar?

Thanks to everyone for suggestions. Hope this is a right place to ask something like this..
