Hi CNC Zone members!

I can't get my slave A axis to move with the X axis and desperately need help. I was able to get the probe, home, limit, spindle start/stop and spindle speed change working except slave axis.

My five axis USB motion controller board is connected to Windows 7 63 bit.

Here are my settings in Mach3:
Config>ports and pins>motor outputs> A axis is enabled

Config, Slave Axis X axis has A axis selected

I can jog the A axis independently.

If I connect my stepper motor drives to another PC which has a parallel BOB, the slave A axis runs just fine with the X axis.

I've seen a YouTube video demo of a red Chinese made 4 axis USB motion controller board that can run slave axis, but not one with a 5 axis USB board.

If your router table with gantry setup runs on 5 axis USB motion controller please let me know.

Here is the board I bought from eBay:

Thank you all!
