    I have timing pulleys for the X and Y Axis, really want to put keyways in the bores, but they don't make an "A" sized 4mm broach that will work in the bushing, so I'm going to attempt doing it manually.... Stay tuned...

    On a lathe? If so, simple to do by moving the carriage and the Y over and over.

    Lathe is easy, just 2 axis, it's a G0704 Mill, probably 4 axis when I'm done...
