Hi, I'm looking to buy a cnc mill. There's a 2001 Cincinnati vmx 750 dart plus for sale with fanuc 18-im control. Would this be a good machine?

Hopefully this is a 18i-MB and not an MA.
Make sure you make an SRAM Backup and Save out the PMC program.
If you do not do this and you loose the two year SRAM Battery; you will loose anything that change be changed by hand.
CNC Parameters, Programs, etc...
If have a Memory Board Error and do not have a copy of the PMC Ladder Logic; you'll have a boat anchor.
Fanuc will stand behind their hardware for 30 Plus years; but will not have your parameters or PLC PMC program!
