Hello all.
I currently own a 100W Co2 Laser and use it to cut a variety of materials like MDF, Foam, Paper Boards etc.
However it seems the machine is nearing its end of life and I was in the market for another Co2 laser machine.

I saw that some machines seem to offer a slightly different head that can be used to cut through 1-1.5MM metals ( Steel ).
Though i have no metal cutting requirement currently, i was thinking if it might be prudent to go for that head ? It seems that the Tube wattage is around 150W

If someone who owns a metal laser like this can confirm that it can still cut, engrave and do other lighter work ( Paper, mdf , acrylic etc ) with ease ?

Thanks much
